Hello everyone! I’m Shao, the manager of the Shilin Store.

I have extensive experience and knowledge in all types of fishing, including offshore, bait fishing, and lures. In the past, I frequently went shore lure fishing and offshore jigging.

I genuinely love learning more about fish and fishing techniques!

Taka（Store Manager, Zhongxiao Store）

Hi there! I’m Taka, the manager of the Zhongxiao Store.

If you’re into light games or “Chinu” (seabream) games, I’m your guy!

I often target rockfish at the mouth of the Tamsui River, or carp in the Shilin and Jingmei areas.

I love hearing about your fishing trips and learning about your unique methods.

I can also introduce you to nearby fishing spots. Let’s talk fishing!

Hi, I’m Ryu!

I’m usually at the Shilin Store, but you might see me at the Zhongxiao Store from time to time.

Since I usually go fishing by bicycle, I’m a big fan of travel rods for their portability.

I often go mountain stream fishing and rockfishing.

I’m happy to share info on spots and more, so please don’t hesitate to say hello.

Kanamori(Manager)

Hello! I’m Kanamori, the Japanese staff member.

My hobbies are fishing and traveling. In Taiwan, I mainly enjoy offshore fishing.

On my days off, I love exploring night markets, old streets, and enjoying Taiwanese gourmet food across the island. I have over 40 years of fishing experience; however, my actual catch record in Taiwan is still a work in progress! Regardless of the results, I’m having a great time enjoying Taiwan and its fishing scene. Recently, I’ve been hooked on shrimp fishing and desserts like Douhua and Yuyuan (taro balls)! I’m happy to share my knowledge of Taiwanese fishing spots, so please come by and see me. We can also handle special orders for Japanese brands. I look forward to seeing you!
